    I went up to an employee and she signed me in. I thought she signed me in. She didn't.
    I waited almost an hour, when I realized people were cutting ahead. I asked another employee she said, yes, you've been waiting a long time. She signed me in. I waited 15 minutes longer. Through that while time. I decided NOT to purchase a phone with ATT and went across the street to T-Mobile.
